INTECO-CERT is giving support to all kinds of electronic fraud, informing the user and the involved entities in the different cases we detect.

The cooperation of the clients and users of the affected service is fundamental to be able to quickly intercept the fraud attempts and to locate the sites were web pages are published, fraudulent emails are sent o where the captured data are received.

Between our current actions to cooperate with the fight against fraud, we specially aim at cases related to .es domains in which we work with a special communication protocol with ESNIC.

The Cuerpo Nacional de Policía (the Spanish Police), via the “Comisaría General de la Policía Judicial”, they have the Brigada de Investigación Tecnológica (BIT) to fight against the crime that uses the new Information Technologies, and you can contact them through the following e-mail delitos.tecnologicos@policia.es.
