Phishing Management

INTECO-CERT is giving support to all kinds of electronic fraud, informing the user and the involved entities in the different cases we detect.

The cooperation of the clients and users of the affected service is fundamental to be able to quickly intercept the fraud attempts and to locate the sites were web pages are published, fraudulent emails are sent o where the captured data are received.

Between our current actions to cooperate with the fight against fraud, we specially aim at cases related to .es domains in which we work with a special communication protocol with ESNIC.

Remember that your help is decisive to fight against fraud and that you cand re-send all the e-mails that you think that could be fraudulent to our fraud mailbox:

 

In case you are a fraud victim , you should quickly make the appropriate formal complaint, in order to do this, you can get in touch with:

The Cuerpo Nacional de Policía (the Spanish Police), via the “Comisaría General de la Policía Judicial”, they have the Brigada de Investigación Tecnológica (BIT) to fight against the crime that uses the new Information Technologies, and you can contact them through the following e-mail delitos.tecnologicos@policia.es. You can make the formal complaint in the following telephon number: +34 902 102 112, in their web page or in any police station.

La Guardia Civil has the Grupo de Delitos Telemáticos (GDT) of the Unidad Central Operativa (UCO), you can contact them via the sección colabora of their web page or through e-mail: delitostelematicos@guardiacivil.org

The police from the autonomous regions also have their own specialized groups in crimes involving new technologies:

The Ertzaintza (from the Basque Country) has the Sección Central de Delitos en Tecnologías de la Información that can be contacted through the following e-mail: delitosinformaticos@ertzaintza.net.
The Mossos d’Esquadra (from Catalonia) via the Unidad de Central de Delitos Informáticos. You can contact them in the several ways explained in their web page.
